Hilltop Village Subdivision and Site Plan – Wappinger, NY

We were responsible for the design of this 225-unit residential community consisting of 132 single family homes, 93 townhomes, and a club house and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Town Board and Planning Board, the Dutchess County Department of Health, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. We were responsible for the design of the overall layout, road system, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer collection system, and SWPPP. We were responsible for preparation of the environmental impact statement (EIS) and coordination with various environmental professionals preparing supporting documentation. We were also responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for approval.

Shamrock Hills Subdivision (Hopewell Glen) – Wappinger, NY

We were responsible for the design of this 64-unit residential subdivision and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, the Dutchess County Department of Health, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. We were responsible for the design of the overall layout, road system, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer collection system, and SWPPP. We were responsible for preparation of the environmental impact statement (EIS) and coordination with various environmental professionals preparing supporting documentation. We were responsible for the design of an off-site pump station and associate force main. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for approval.

Taconic Oaks Subdivision – East Fishkill, NY
We were responsible for the design of this 53-lot subdivision and securing final approval from the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board, the Dutchess County Department of Health, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. We were responsible for the design of the layout, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, and well locations for each lot. We were responsible for the design of approximately 7,500 ft. of roadway, stormwater management, and two large (arch culvert) stream crossings. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board for approval.

Dutchess Landscape Supply Site Plan – Wappinger, NY
We were responsible for the site design of this 30,000-sq.-ft. landscape supply facility and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board and Dutchess County Department of Health. We were responsible for the design of the site layout, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, stormwater management, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, well location, landscaping, and lighting. Design of the site layout included placement of two buildings, parking facilities, an access roadway, and a yard area for outdoor storage of landscape materials. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for approval.

Airport Drive Properties Site Plan – Wappinger, NY
We were responsible for the site design of this 16,500-sq.-ft. office and storage facility and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board. We were responsible for the design of the site layout, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, stormwater management, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, well location, landscaping, and lighting. Design of the site layout included placement of two buildings, parking facilities, and an access roadway. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for approval.

Martin Road Subdivision – East Fishkill, NY
We are responsible for the design of this 7-lot residential subdivision and securing final approval from the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board and Dutchess County Department of Health. We were responsible for the design of the subdivision layout and approximately 400 feet of roadway in accordance with Town of East Fishkill highway specifications. These responsibilities included design of horizontal and vertical roadway geometric, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, and well locations for each lot. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board for approval.

East Fishkill Corporate Park Site Plan – East Fishkill, NY
We were responsible for the site design of this 23,616-sq.-ft. office and storage facility and securing final approval from the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board. We were responsible for the design of the site layout, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, stormwater management, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, well location, landscaping, and lighting. Design of the site layout included placement of the building, parking facilities, and an access roadway. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board for approval.

Chelsea Bluffs Subdivision – Wappinger, NY
We were responsible for the design of this 4-lot residential subdivision and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board and Dutchess County Department of Health. We were responsible for the design of the layout, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, and well locations for each lot. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for approval.

Mid Hudson Development Subdivision – Wappinger, NY
We are responsible for the design of this 6-lot residential subdivision and securing final approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board and Dutchess County Department of Health. We were responsible for the design of the subdivision layout and approximately 200 feet of roadway in accordance with Town of Wappinger highway specifications. These responsibilities included design of horizontal and vertical roadway geometric, grading, erosion control measures, storm drainage, on-site subsurface sewage disposal systems, and well locations for each lot. We were responsible for preparing the plans and presenting the project to the Town of East Fishkill Planning Board for approval.

Doveridge Water Co. – Beekman, NY
We are responsible for the design and approval of adding a new public well to the existing water system. We are currently in the process of preparing the plans and an engineer’s report for approval from the New York State Department of Health, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Dutchess County Department of Health.

Responsible for the design and preparation of detailed stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) including identifying potential sources of pollution, designing practices to be used to reduce pollutants from construction sites, and assuring compliance with terms of the Phase II Stormwater Standards. We oversee the contractors implementing the SWPPP and we perform erosion and sediment control inspections on a daily and weekly basis in accordance with the Phase II standards.
